R~COMMENDIN~ TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF TH~ CITI' OF ANAHEIM IHAT KEC. LASSI~ICATION
NO. F~56-57-23 BE I~PPROVED.
WHeReAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the property owner(s) of certain real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, Stste of California, described as follows:
Startin~ at a point 30 feet distant frum the centerline of Euclid
Avenue ~r~ 190.05 feet from the Northerly right-of-way line of Lin-
co~n Av~m~e amd extending Northerly ~.long the Westerly right-of-way
line of Euclid Avenue, a d~stance of 247.07 feet, more or less,;
thence Westerly p~allel to Lincoln Avenue a distance of 3~0.$9 feet
thence Southerly parallel to Euclid Avenue 107.07 fe~t; thence
Easterly 10.59 feet pa~a~lel to Lincoln Averme;~thence Southerly
parallel to Euclid Avemue 1~4., .~ feet, more or less; thence Easterly

request that the above property be reclassified from R-a, RESIDENTIAL-
AGRICUL~dRAL, to M-l, LIG~T-MANUFACTURi..~C.,.
WKEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said V~RIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F- 56-57-23 on the tth day of November , 19 $6, NOTICE of which said
Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAHEIM MI~RrlCIPAL ~DE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inapectlon, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence
and reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts:
1.The properties to the North and West are presently classified as
M"I, LIGHT~FACT~I~.
2. The Santa Aha Freeway overpass to No~h Euclid Avenue runs along
the front of the properties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ~ESOLVED THAT TH~ ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
