A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING CO~ISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
RECOM~tENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT P~ECLASSIFICATION
NO. lm~$6-$7-24 BE A/~PROVED.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
Verified Petition from the property owner(s) of certain real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
That portion of the Si of the SW} of the SW} of Section 13,
T4S, RllW, S.B.B. & M and further descrioed as bei~§ on the
~-ast side of Stanton A~e, 185 feet North of Ball Road.
The applicant, H. Jo BELSH~-, 3556 Fashion Avenue, Long Beach,
California, requests that the above property be reclasslfied
from R-A, RESIDENTIAL~GRICULTURAL to C,-3, HEAVY-COMMERCIAL
to provide for the erection of ~ Motel.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F-.56-$7-24 on the Sth day of November , 19 56, NOTICE of which said
Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
.~IM MUNICIPAJ~ CODE, Section 92001 and
WHBP. EAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of al/ evidence
and reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the followlng facts:
1. A Motel is classified as 0-3, ~mAW~'OM~CIAL Zone.
2. The subject property is presently R-A,~ESIDENTIAI~AGRICUL~JkL
which is a -~ransitional zone.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY P~ECOMM~.NDS TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F.-66-57.'.24 BE APPROVI~ SUB,3~C~ TO:
1. The completion of a~exation proceedings.
2. The extension of the present set,rice road through this property
to the South llne n,a %mr~!-g at this point into Higtneay ~9 or
Stanton Avenue.
