WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has ~eceived
a Verified Petition from ALFRED 3. NRJRPI..rY, 427 South Arovista, Brea, California,
es Owner of a certain parcel of real property situated in the City of Analleim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:

Lot 41 of Tract No. 14 and further described as 833 South Philadelphia.

The applicant requests permission to erect a duplex dwelling on the
above property.

W}I~REAS, The City Planning Commission did hold n Public Hearing at the City
Hall in the City of Anaheim, on November 19, 1956, NOTICES of which said Public
Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANA}~IM
NRJNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200~ and
9 ~EREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf ,nd after due consideration of all evidence
10 and reports offered mt said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
11 1. The property is presently classified as R-2, ~VO FAMILY RRSIDE~IAL.
2. The present small dwelling is ~t the extreme b~ck of the lot.
1~ 3. The lot is .155 feet deep.
4. A new duplex on the front of the lot will improve the appearance of
