Owner of ~ certain parcel of real property situated in the City of Anaheim, Count'

5 on the South side of Romneya Drive, between Liberty Lane and Rosemont
Street.

10 W~I~REAS, Said Commission, after due inspectiol'~, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its beh~if and after due consideration of all evidence
il and reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1~ 1. The proper~y is presently classified as R-A, P.E~SIDENTIAL-ACRICULTURAL,
a transitional zone.
1~ 2. The balance of the area is zoned as R-I, SINGLP, ~AMILY RP~SIDENTIAL.
3. The cutting of this proDer~y into lots and the erectio~ of dwellings
