Hearings were duly given as required by law and *.he provisions of the ANAFLE.,IM
11 MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
12 W~REAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself ~nd in its behmlf and after due consideration of all evidence
1~ and reports offered in said Hearing does find and ~¢term~ne the following facts:
14 3. These are the first signs requested for Tract No. 197.o which is
located at the Sout]%west corner cf Ball Road and the Southern Pacific
15 Rail~ oad.
2. Other variances have been granted for s~milar temporary signs.
!6 3. Variance No. 665 is in the Disneyland area where no advertising
signs are allowed.
