! WH~P,~AS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
e~fied Petition from ~. T. SCHROEDL, Villa Riviera Hotel, Lung Beach, California,
~ Owner, VICTOR E. PROSNRSKI, 9686 Knott Avenue, Anaheim, California, as Autho-
rized Agent, of a certain parcel of real property situated ir the City of Anaheim,
~ of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
4 P. ast side of Knott Avenue, 1400 Feet South of Orange Avenue.
5 The applicant requests permission to erect a 40 by 200 foot All Steel
Building for the Fabrication of Formica Drainb~rds.
WHER~S, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing in the City
7 in the City of Anaheim, on January 21, 1957, NOTICES of which said Public
were duly given as required by law, the provisions of the ANAHP. IM MUNICI-
8 CODP., SecTion 9200; and
9 W~REAS~ Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
,ade by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence
10 reports made at sa".d .Hearing, does find and detem.~:ine the following facts:
11 1. The subject property lies between two Chicken Ranches.
2. The Flo~d Control Channel also goes throught a portion of the property.
1~ 3. No noise, smoke or smell's will be produced by this industry.
4. The building will be scre?ned from the street by a residential building.
NOW, TH]EREFORE, B~- IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANA}~IM CITY PLANNING C0~MMISSION

!5 1. The deeding of 10 fee~ to the City of Anaheim along ~nott Avenue for
street widening.
