WHIzP~EAS~ The City Planning Commission of the City of Anahe{m has received a Verified Petition from the property own. er(s) of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: Starting at a point 20 feet South from the centerlines of Orange and Stanton Avenues; thence Easterly 92 feet at right angles to St,%nton Avenue to a point of begi~/_ng; thence Easterly along the Southerly right-of-way line of Orange Avenue, a distance of 1240 feet, more or less; ~hence Southerly at right an§les to Orange Avenue, a distance of 1349.70 feet, more or less; thence Westerly parallel to Orange Avenue, a distance of 1240 feet, more or less; thence Northerly along the Easterly right-of-way line of Stanton Avenue, a dist-nnce of 1349.70 fee~, more or less to the point of beginning. The applicants, GEORG~ W. ASAWA and BILL T. ASAWA, 9732 Stanton Avenue, Anaheim, California, request that the above property be reclassified to C-2, GENERAL COMMERCIAL. The property is presently classified as R-A, RESIDENTIAL AGRICULTURAI WHEREAS. The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said V~RIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION NO.
