GRANTING VARLANCE NO. 692
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
2 a Verified Petition from JO,~. A. CANO, 1015 East S&nta Aha Street, Anaheim,
California, as Owner, B & Y HOUSe. MOVERS, 12084 East West~inister Boulevard,
~ Santa Aha, California, as Authorized Agent of a certain parcel of real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described
as follows:

Lot Nos. 36 and 39 of Tract No. 97.

6 The applicant requests permission to move in two Office Buildings on the
above described property.
7 WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City
Hall in the City of Anaheim, on Pebruary 4, 1957, NOTICES of which said Public
8 Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and

WH~R~S, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation ~n~ studies
10 made by itself amd in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports made at s~d Hearings, does find and determine the following facts:

1. These two office buildings are in the path of the Freeway.
!2 2. They are to be moved to property that has been undeveloped for ms.ny
years.
15 3.' The subject property is across the street from M-2. H~AVY MANUFACTURING.
4. There will be adequate off-street parking available.

15 HEREBY GRANTS VARIANCE NO. 692.
