WKEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: See Legal Description on attached s~eet. The applicants, W. Oo DAVIS~ R. Co SM~H and H. L. PARSONS, 1248 East Center Street, Anaheim, California,. request permission to construct a 34 unit Motel with a Swimming Pool and t~ bedroom living quarters for the Motel Manager. WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on February 18, 1957 NOTICES of which said Public Nearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered a~ said Hearing, does find and determine the following fac%s- ' 1.
