A RESOLUTION 0F THE CITY PLANNING C0~ISSION 0F THE CITY 0F ANAHEIM
G~NTING VARIAJ~CR NOS. 697, 698, 699 AND 700.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a c~r~ain parcel of real property situated
in ~he City of Anaheim, County of Orange, Sta~e of California, described as follows:
Variance Nos. 697 and 698 - Signs will be located at the Southeast corner of Oran§e
Avenue and Euclid Avenue. Variance No. 699 - sign will be location 214 feet Bast of
Danny's Donut Shop on Lincoln Avenue. Variance No. 700 - Sign will be located at
the Southeast corner of Broadway and Euclid Avenue.
The applicant, P3J~SIDW-NT ~ INCO~PO~.ED, 1798 West Orange Avenue, Anaks ira, Cali-
fornia, as Owners, C. P. MIDDI~ROOK~ Same Address, as Authorized Agent, requesting
permission.to erect four ~emporar¥ directional signs to advertise the sale of lots
and homes ~~; doe- ~i%6yT~lanning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at %he
City Mall in the City of Anaheim, on February 18, 19~7 IiOTICES of which said
Public Nearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9~00; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, lnvestigati :n and studies
made bF itself and in i~s behalf and after due considera~ion of all evidence and
reports offered at said Nearing, does find and de%ermine the following facts:
1. These are the first signs requested for .Tract No. 3067.
2. Other vazmances have been granted for temporary sign variances for the role of
lots and homes in the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CI2Y PLANNING C0~ISSION
