WH]EP. EAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Ans-heim has received
a Verified Petition from the property owner(s) of certain real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Thw West 150 feet of the Nc:th 150 feet of Lot 152, Tract No. 1825 and further
described as being the Southeast corner of Raymond Avenue ~-~ R~mneyaDrive.

California. as Authorized Agent, request that the above property be recla~sl-
fled as C-3s HEAImZ___c~RCIAL to permit the erection and operatzon of a
Service Station.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F-56-$7--47 on the 18th day of February , 19 57 , NOTICE of which said
Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAH]EIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 92001 and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due ias~ection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence
and reports offered at said Hearings, does find and deter~ine the following facts:
1. The subject property is presently classified as C-i~ NEIGHB(~LM00D
CO~RCIALbut no development h~s ever taken place.
2. The property can be developed for the origi-~l use requested.
3, The si-~le f-~lyresidents in the area axe opposed to a Sem~ve Station.
NOW, THEP~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
