W~REAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the property owner(s)'of certain real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
The applicant, ANG~J. SCAGLIONE, 9102 Lincoln Avenue, Anaheim, California,
as O~ner, requests that the sub3ect property be recla~ssified from R-A, P. ESI-
DENTIALAGRICULTURAL to C-l, NEIG~ COMMERCIAL.
~{EREAS: The City Planning Commission d£d hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F~6-57-42 on the 4th day of March , 1957 , NOTICE of which said
Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
