Verified Petition from KIMBO YOSHITOMI, 9181 Lincoln Avenue, Anaheim, California,
2 -s Owner of a certain parcel of real property situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
The~,} of the ~ast 20 acres of the SW~ of the SW{ of Section 7, T4S, R10W,
4 in the Rancho Los Coyotes, ~s shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 51,
Page 7, et seq., Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County, and
~ further described as being 9181 Lincoln Avenue, Anaheim, California.
6 The applicant requests permission to construct a 3~ lane Bo~ling Alley.

7 Hall in the City of Anaheim, on ~arch 4, 1957., NOTICES of which said Pub~ ic
Hearing were duly given as required by law, and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
8 MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200~ and, ..

made by itself and in its behalf and after due conside:ation of all evidence
10 and reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
11 1. The prope~'ty is located on Lincoln Avenue, .a major highway.
2. It is developing as a Commercial recreation center having presently
1~ a Golf Driving Range and a Swimming Club.
3. There is presently no subdivisions in the immediate vic~nlty..
1~: 4. In view of the present development, this additional use should not be
detrimental,
