1 WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a
Verified Petition from LLOYD M. ARCHER, 1624..East Broadway, Anaheim, California,.
2 and CARL W, A. ZIMN~,,R~IN, 714 South Lemon, Anaheim, California, as Owners of
certain parcel of real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of O~nge
5 State of California,. described as follows: '
4 Lot 18 and Lot 19 of Stueckle Subdivision, as sho~n on'a map recorded in
Book 8, Page 43 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California.
.The applicants request permission to remove a house a't 714 South Lemon
6 and build a Triplex.
