1 WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a
Verified Petition from PIT~AN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, 1862 West Broadway, Anaheim,
2 California, as Owne~ of a certain parcel of real property situated in the City
of Anaheim, County of O~ange, State of California, described as
Southwest corne~ of Broadway and Euclid Avenue.

The applicant requests permission to erect a directional sign to adYertise
§ the sale of homes and lots in ~racts No. 2577 and 2578 located on the east
side of Nutwood Street between Broadway and Orange Avenues.

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a P~blic Hearing at the
7 City Hail in the City of Anaheim at an Adjourned Regular Meeting on April 8, 1957
NOTICES of which said Public Hearing ware duly giYen as ~equixed by 1aw, and the
8 provisions of the ANAHEIM ~UNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200'~ and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and =tu'JiQs
10 made by itself and in its behalf and afte~ due consideration of all evidence
a~d repo~t~ offered at ,aid Hearing, does find and dete~mine the following facts,

1. Other Variances have been granted for Dircctional Signs.
12 2. The time is limited to six (6) months.
1~ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEI~ CITY PLANNING CON~ISSION
HEREBY GRANTS VARIANCE NO. 732, SUBJECT TO THE NIN~ (9) CONDITIONS ESTABLISHED
14 BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR DIRECTIONAL SIGNS.
15 THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 8th day of April,
