WH~R~.AS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a
2 Verified Petition from GBORG~ M. HOL~I~.IN AND SONS, 166 East 17th Street,
Costa Mesa, California, as Owners of a certain parcel of real property situated
5 in the City of Anaheim, Cottnty of Orange, State of California, described as
follows z

East side of Trident Street between Trident Street and Euclid Avenue.

The applicant requests a waiver from the 25 foot front yard setbacks to
6 20 feet on the interior streets of Tract No. 2377.
7 WH~, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City
Hail in the City of Anaheim, on April 8, 1957, NOTICe of which said Public
8 Hearing were duly given as required by law~ and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNIGIPAL CODE, Sec%ion 9200~ and

WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspec':~,on, inve3ti_cation and studies
10 made by itself and in its behalf and after duo con~!u~ration of ali evidence
and reports offered at said Hearing, does find and datez~nine the following facts~

I. Other variances have been granted for twenty (20) zoot front yard
12 setbacks on interior lots.
2. This allows for a larger type of house with more rea= yard for
13 door living,,
3. The granting of the Variance will not be detrimental to other
14 properties in the area.
15 NOW, THEREFORe, BP IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY GRANTS VARIANCe. NO. 731 FOR A WAIVER OF 25 FOOT FRONT YARD SET-BACKS
16 TO 20 FEET ON THE INTERIOR STREET8 OF TRACT NO. 2377.
