rized Agent, of a certain parcel of real p£operty situated in the City of Anaheim,

South Illinois Street.
The applicant requests permission to use the above described property to con-

reports offered at said Heathy, does find and determine the fo.llowing facts:

1. The building proposed for this use is ~n old residence and the property
1~ is presently classified as P-l, PARKING.
2. This property abuts commercial property on West Center Street.
1~ 3. The schoo.1, will be small and there will be no building changes.
4. There will be adequate off-stree~ parking at the rear.
