1 WHEREAS, The City Planning C~,m~ission of the City of Anaheim has received a
VERIFIED PETITION from lb%].IN RRALTY COMPANY, 219 South Hawthorne, }tawthorne,
2 ',alifornia, as Lessee of a certain parcel of real property situated on the City
of Anaheim. County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
The Northeast corner of the Santa Aha Freeway and Lincoln Avenue.

made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of ail evidence and
