I WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the'City o£ Anaheim has received a
Verified Petition from ARNO H. STOVALL, 1771 51onita Drive, Ventura. California,
2 as Owner of a certain parcel of real property situated in the City of Anaheim.
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
The North 201.00 feet of the East 175.00 feet of the NE~ of the NE~ of.
4 the NW~ of Section 14, T4S, RllW, in the Rancho Los. Coyotes. City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California. as said Section is shown

WKEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Ptblic Hearing at the City
11 Hall in the City of Anaheim at an Ad.;ourned Regular 5leering. on April 22. 1957.
NOTICES of which said Public Hearing.were duly given as required by law and
lP the provisions of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 92.00; and.
15 WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself a~d in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
14 reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
15 1.' The site is at a major street intersection namely the Southwest corner
of Lincoln Avenue and Western Avenue.
16 2. Other V=riances have been granted for Service Stations on similar
corners.
i? 3. The granting of this Variance should not be detrimental to other
properties in the area.

NOW, THER~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT TH~ ANAHEI~ CITY PLANNING CO~ISSION
19 HEREBY GRANTS VARIANCE NO. 744 SUBffiC~ TO:
P-0 1. The deeding of '20 feet on Western Avenue to the City of Anaheim for
street widening.
