described as 1736 West La Palma Avenue.
]:. The applicant, RA]$dCND SPEHAR, 8871 K~tella Avenue, An~uheim, California, as Owner,
~ requests permission to construct four small Stores on their property.
: WHEREAS, The Cl~y Planning Commi:.~.sion did hold a Public Hearing at the
'~ii,.~ City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on April 22, 1957 NOTICES of which said
',i.! Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and. studies
made by itself and in its behalf and' after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
.- 1. These properties on the North .side. of West La Pa/ma Avenue West of Euclid Avenue
!'.. were requested some time ago for C-I, NEIGH~OOD COMMRRCIAL bF the Majority of
property owners, however, the reclassification was never .consumated due to the
il .. opposition of one or two property owners objecting to the dee~-g of land for
:. street widening.
~. 2. With the denial of the reclassification, it was suggested that those property owners
