~REAS, The City Planning Co--ission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the property owner(s) of certain real property situated
in the City of A~nl~eim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Lots 1-18 inclusive of Tract No. 2683 located on Wilken Way which is bet-
~een Simmons n,d_ Ora~e~ood Avenues on the East side of N~er Street.
The applicant, REB-J~T INCORPORATED, 13412 Erin Road, Garden Grove, Cali-
fornia, as Owner, SINCLAIR kBALTY CO~ANY, 1100 South Spadra Road, Fullerton,
California, as Authorized Agent requests that the above Tract be reclassified
from R-l, SI]~-U~E FAMILY RBSIlIENTIAL to R-3, EITIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL.

City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F-$6-57-69 on the 20th day of May , 19 57, NOTICE of which said
.... Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAHEIM ~J~rlcIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and

made b~ itself a~d in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence
and reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts:

2. The property has been subdivided £o~ 8 months with all improvement in, but
the owner has been unabIe to se~ same or develop same for this t~ffpe of
d~ellin~ in this a~ea on these la~ge lots ~nich are 68.93 feet by 142.$
feet deep.
3. This was considered by the Commission at the Meeti-g held on May 6, 19~7,
but it was felt that this a~ea was to~ ~l to consider for R-3.
4. Since the above ~ee~, the o~ners of the l0 acres to the North stated
their desire for R-3, maki~ 13 acres in all.
$. The 10 acre parcel to the Northill be advertized a~d"considered at the
Meetim~ of Sune 17, 1957.
