WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the property owner(s) of certain real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as fcllcws:
That portion of Lot 7 of Anaheim Extension as per map of survey made by William Hamel
acknowledged by AIfred Robinson, trustee, recorded in Los Angeles County, California.
Beginning at a lmlt in the pavement marking the Southeast corner of Lot 7 ~nd running
thence S 74° 37: 30" West 493.55 feet along the South line of said Lot 7 to the ~ue
point of be§{~ning of the parcel herein described; thence N 12o 08" West 24.75 feet
to a 4 by 4 redwood post; thence N 12° 08" West 466.90 feet to a point 0.27 feet
North 74° 38· East 100 feet; thence S 12° 05· East 491.65 feet more or less to the
South line of said Lot 7; thence S 74o 37: 30" West 100 feet more or less to the
true point of beginning. The above parcel to be known as Parcel 1. Parcel 2 -
easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and across that portion
of Lot 7 of the Anaheim~xtension located in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, described as follows: The Southerly 50 feet as measured at
right angles from the centerline of Center Street, of the Westerly 100 feet of the
~asterly 393.55 feet of said Lot 7, and further described as 1927 East Center Street
and 1919 ~ast Center Street, AJ/atleim, California, .

Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
