WHEREAS, The City P1snn~ng Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a Verified Petition from the property owner(s) of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: That portion of Lot 16 of Anaheim Bxtension, ir the City of Anaheim, as shown on a map by William Hamel, on file in the Eecorder:s Office of Los Angeles County, Califor- nia, as copy of which is recorded on Pages 163, et seq., Book 3, entitled "Los Angeles County ~aps", in the office of the County Recorder of said Orange County, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the centerline of Placentia Avenue, distant thereon S 0o 05~ 15" West 493.97 feet from the Northeast corner of said Lot 16, said corner being considered to be the intersection of the centerlines of South Street and Placentia Avenue; thence S 74o 37~ 05" West 238.23 feet parallel with said centerline of South Street to the Hast line of the land described in deed to C. F-56-$7-78 on the 3rd day of June . 1957 , NOTICE of which said Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAheIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and st:.,.- made by i~self and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidehce and reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts: 1. The property fronts on a State H/ghway, which mskes it unsuitable for single family residential use. 2. There are ether R-3 properties on Placentia Avenue near the s-bjec~ property. other properties in the area. NOW, TPrEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT TRE ANAMEIM CITY PLANNING C0M~ISSION HEREBY RECOMMENDS TO THE CITY COUNCIL 0F THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION NO. F-56-57-78 B~ A~ROVED SUB3]~CT TO: -1- 1. The erection of a 6 (sLx) foot wall on the West property line where none exists at the present time. 2. That ~he buildings to be erected be restricted to one story in height. 3. The deed{n~ of 20 feet along Placentia Avenue To the City of Anaheim for street widening. 4.
