GRANTING VARIANC~ NO. 758
WHEREAS, The City'Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a
P- Verified Petition from CHAI24ER HENRY ~AGON and TRACY MOULDS F2%GON, 1136 North
Los Angeles Street, Anaheim, California, as Owners of a certain parcel of real
5 property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
described as follows:

Lot '1, Block A of Tract No. 170 and further described as 501 North
5 Lemon Street.
6 The applicant requests permission to convert a present dwelling into a
Duplex.

~, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City
8 Hall in the City of Anaheim on June 17, lot, 7, NOTICES of which said Public
Hearing were. duly given as required by law, and the provisions of ~h e ANAHEIR
9 MUNICIPAL CODE, Sect ion 9200.; and
l0 WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
11 reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
12 1. This is a large single family dwelling.
2. The exterior appearance of the dwelling will be unchanged.
13 3. It is located diagonally across the street from a large apartment
building.
14 4. The granting of the Variance should not be detrimental to other
properties in the' area.
