PC 1956-1957-250 ~P~ESOLUTIO~ NO. 250 - S~I~.S 1956-$7 A RESOLUTION OF TH~ CITY PIANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM _GP~M~_ING VAJ{IANCE NO. 759 WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a 2 Verified Petition from 'TRIPLE "A" MORTGAGE COMPANY, 803 East Central Avenue, La Habra, California, as Owners of a certain parcel of real prol~crty situated in '~e ~ City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: 4 That portion of the S½ of the NW~ of the SE~ of Section 27, T4S, RiOW, S.B.B. & M., described as the following: Commencing at the Northwest 5 corner of said S½; thence S 0o 42' 47" East along the West line of said $½ 239 feet to the true point of beginning; thence S 89' 38· 07" East 6 parallel to the North line of said Sa, 300 feet; thence S Ob 42t 47" East pazallel to the West line of said S{-, 209.04 feet, more or less, to a 7 point on the Northerly line of Wilken W-,y as shown on a Map of Tract No. 2137, recorded in Book 94, ' ..'lc 48 and 49 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of 8 Orange County, California; thence Westerly .~lon§ the Northerly line of Wi/ken Way as shown on said Map and its Westerly prolongation to a point 9 in the West line of the $~.~ of Section 27, Said point as being N 0o 42? 47" West, 233.63 feet from the South line of the Sa of the NWl, of the SE~ of I0 said Section 27: thence N 0o 42t 47" West, 187.42 feet more or less to the true point of beginning. The applicant requests permission to erect a 46 unit Motel, Cocktail Bar 12 and Swimming Pool. l~ WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on .yune 17th, 1957, NOTICES of which said Public 14 Hearing were duly given as required by law, a~ the provisions of the ANAHEI34 MUNICIPAL COD]~, Section 9200; and 15 WH~' '~, Said Commission, %fret d~e inspection, investigation and studies made by ~elf and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and 16 reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the followin§ facts: 17 1. This would be another Motel in the Disneyland area located in front of a Trailer Park. 18 2. The ~rantin§ of the Variance should not be detrimental to other proper- ties in the area. 19 NOW, THEKEFORE, BE IT RESOVIiD THAT THE ANAH~I~ CITY PLANNING CO~;4iSSION 20 HEKEBY GRANTS VARIANCE NO. 759 SUBffiCT TO: 1. The erection of the .buildings in accordance with the plans presented. 21 2. The deeding of 20 feet to the City of Anaheim for' the widening of Harbor Boulevard. 2~ 3.
