WHEREAS. Said Co~s~is~ion, after due inspection, investi~ation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and deteru~Lue the folloein~ facts:
1.This locat[o~ ~s on a State Highway and is next to cmer¢~al property,
namely, a Ye~erima~ian Hospital.
2.The pools are to be ~mll, approximately $ by 10 feet and fenced so that
there w~11 be no hazzard to children.
3. The ~rmtin~ o£ the Yar~ance should not b~ detri~ent&l to other properties
in ~he area.
