A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CI~f 0F )~AHEIM
GRANTING VAI%IANC~ NO. 769.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the Ci%F of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of 0range, State of California, described as follows:
Lots 1 through $ inclusive of Tract No. 3183 located on the ~ast side of Citron
Street between Vermont Avenue and Cottonwood Circle.
The Applicant, ~NAHEIM LANAI INC(MtPGRA~D, 2208 Beverly Boulevard, Los Angeles
57, California, as Owner, requests permission to erect Duplexes on the above
Lots.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
' City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on july bl~ 1957, NOTICES of which said
· Pmblic Hearing were duly given as requ~re~ law end the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
~.i WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
~ made by itself and in its behalf end after due consideration of all evidence and
.? reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the f~.~lowing facts:
1. These lots act as a buffer between the R-1 on the West and the R-B on
the Wast.
2. The logical use For the pzope=ty should be two ~amily dwellings.
3. The originalLrecommendation of the Planning Commission was that the entire
property be classified as R-3, Multiple Fami~ Residential.
NOW, T~LEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PI~ING cOMMISSION
HEREBY G~I'S VARIANCE NO. 769.
