A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLAITING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
GRA, N'flNG VARIANCE NO. 774.
i WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
~ in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
i29} West Center Street and further described 'as being situated on the North
side of West Center Street between Los Angeles ~nd Palm Streets.
The applics_n~, PACIFIC COAST G~4S AND H~TH CLUB~ INCO~ED, 385 West
End Street, Pomona, Cs/ifornia, as Lessee, requests permission to include
Steam Baths in their operation at the above address.
W~S, The City Pl,nntug Commission did hold 'a Public. Hearing at the
~ City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on July 1, 1957 NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and ~he provisions of the ANAHEIM
"~ MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WNEREAS, Said Commission, aftor due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered a% said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. The request for Steam Cabinets as addi6on to Gym equipment requi~d this
Variance as these are classified as a C-3, HEAVY CO~4ERC~L use.
2. Other Variances have been granted to others in the same business.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAI~IM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
KEREBY GRANTS VARIANC~ NO. 774.
