PC 1956-1957-268 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of %he City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City cf Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
1719 West La Pa/ma Avenue, Anaheim, California, ani further described as being
situated on the North side of La Pa]ma Avenue between ~.uclid Avenue and Brook-
burst Avenue.
The applicant, N~{S. MAY B~TTY N~IGHB~RS, et al, 7921 South Euclid Avenue,
Anaheim, California, as Owner, requests permission to build a Commercial
Building at the above address.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on July 1, 1957 NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
~UNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commissi'on, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine %he following facts-
1.. It was agreed some time ago that the .North side of West La Palma Avenue would
be commercial, but reclassification was never completed due to one or two
owners.not being willing to deed property for street widening.
? Other Variances have been granted in this same subdivision for .commercial
uses.
3. The granting of the Variance will not be detrimental to other properties in the area.
NOW, TH~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
