W~m~EAS, The City Planning Co~tssion of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the property owner(s) of certain real property situated
in the City of A~belm, County of Orange, Stale of California, described as follows:
Naste= Plan of Zoning o£ South East Area as shown on Nap which is a part o£ the
=eclassificat ion.
ThiS action was commenced by the City Plmnning Commission to reclassify this area as
shown on said Nap to C-3, Heavy Comme~l, N-l, Light HanuFacturing, and P-L,
~ar.k Lug-Lands cap Lug.
WHFT~EAS. The City Pl-,.~ng Commission did hold a Public Nearing at the
City Hall in the CiZy of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F-56-57-93 cn the 1s$ day of July , 1957 , NOTICE of which said
Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; a~.d
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence
and reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following faoZ, s:
This area is and has been considered as ~-1, Li;;ht Manufacturing, when in the
County, but upon annexation became R-A, Residential-Agricultural, and this ac~on
will place it back in the ori$inal county zoning with the addition of P-L Parking
Landscaping requirements introduced, when it was felt necessary, to pzote~ the
appearance of the area.
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY ~ING COMMISSION
HEREBY RECOM~./TDS TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAKEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F-$6-57-93 be approved as per the Map which is a part of the reclassi~cat~on.

W[{EREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from %he 0wner~s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of A~_heim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Lot 28 of Tract No. 3223.
The applicant, CLARENCB H. BARGSTP. N, 10162 Placentia Avenue, Anaheim, California,
requests ~rmission to use Lot 28 of Tract No. 3223 for Light Manufacturing ~-ith
no building setback.

WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Nearing, does find and determine the following facts-
1. This Variance was requested on the complete Tract No. 3223 originally.
2. The Variance was %mn revised to cover only Lot 28 with no setback allow-
ances from the property.
3. In as much as the question of setbacks was recommended to the City Council
under Reclassification No. B-56-57-76, no action was taken on this Var/ance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
