,' A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING C0~&~IS$ION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
, GRANTING VARIANCE NOo 785
.. WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
.. a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
200 feet North of Ball Road on the Eas~ side of Euclid Avenue
Aplicanbs request permission to erect a Temporary Directional SIGN
to advertise the sale of Lo~s and Homes in Tract No. 1979.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on J~Y 22, 1957, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
~HtEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and de~ermine the following facts:
1. Other variances have been granted for ~emporary directional
signs for tracts Lu the City of Anaheim..
2. The granting of the variance should no~ be detrimental to
other properties i n ~he area, inasmuch as they are only
t empor ary .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY GRANTS VARI~FCE NO- 785 SUBJECT TO:
