A RESOLUTION OF T~E CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF T~E CITY OF ANAHEIM
DRNYING WITHOUT PR~.~3DICR VARIANCE NO. 836.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of %he City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parco1 of real property situated
in the Clt¥ of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Tract 3329 in the City of Anaheim, California, and further described as the South-
west corner of Ball Road and Ruclid Avenue. Present classification,
George M. Holstein, 166 E. 1?th St., Costa Mesa, California, as Owner, requests a
Waiver of frontages from ?0 feet to 60 feet in above described tract.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on October,21, 1957, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required bF law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICI?AL CODS, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. The applicant requested permission to have 60 foot f. ontage lots on certain
lots in Tract No. 2446.
2. The applicant at the public hearing requested tha~ the vsriance be held in
abeyance until furfher study is made of the Tentative Map of Tract No. 2446.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT TP~ ANAHEIM GITY PLANNING C0~ISSI0~
HEREBY D~NiBS WITHOUT PR~JUDIC~ VA~IANC~ NO. 8~6, got a waiver of lot widths
requirements in Tract No. 3329.
