A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING OOMMISSION 0F THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DBNYING VARIANCE NO. 860.
WHEREAS, The City ?l--ning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Potition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described~'as follows:
Lot 1 of Tract No. 1460, and further described as 1215 North Street, or the North-
west corner of Redondo Drive West and North Street.
The applicant~ ANDRE DHONT, 700 N. Los Angeles Street, Anaheim, Calif. requests
permission to erect a four unit, single story apartment house.
WHEREAS, :The City Pl-n~ing Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Ball in the City of Anaheim, on November 4, 1957, NOTICES of which said
Public Nearing were duly given as required bF law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Nearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. The property is presently classified as R-O, Suburban-Residential.
2. There are three more similar lots on North Street in this tract.
3. The applicant is not being denied a property right enjoyed, by others
this tr act.
4. A protest petition signed by 75 residents in the area was filed.
NOW, THE~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT 2HE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY DENIES VARIAN¢]~ NO. 860 TO ]~J~CT & FOUR UNIT $INGL~ STORY APARTMBNT HOUSE.
