A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
GRANTING VARIANCE NO. 861.
WHEREAS, The City Pl-~ning commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner{s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of 0range~ State of California, described as follows:
200 feet south of La Pa/ma Avenue on the West side of Magnolia Avenue.
The applicant, PARK VILLAGE ]~STATE$~, 2663 Lincoln Avenue, Anaheim, California,
requests permission to erect a temp~ ary directional sign to advertise the sale of
homes and lots .An Tract No.2303 and No. 3007, containing 91 lots.
WHEREAS. The City Pl-nning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on November 4, 1957, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
· ~ WREREAS, Said~ C0mm~ssion, after due inspection.~ investigation smd studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration cf all evidence and
,~.~" reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
? 1. Other variances for temporary directional signs have been granted to subdividers.
This sign will direct prospective =ustomers coming off the Santa Ana Freeway to
