' W~AS, The City Plying Oo~ission of %he City of ~eim has received

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Nearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on July 22, 1957, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
W~AS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered a% said Hearing, does find and determine ~he following facts:
1. Other dwellings in the t rac~s to the North and the Sou~h
have from 1,000 to 1,100 square feet.
2. These dwellings i n tracts ~o South and North were built
before the 1,225 square feet requirement was established.
3. An 1,100 square foot residence, Lf architecturally pleasing,
should no~ detract from the areas adjoining.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HERESY GRA~S VARIANCE NO. 786 SUBJECT TO THE SUB~5SSION OF PLANS TO
i THE CiTY COUNCIL FOR APPROVAL.
