Wi'~, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
The West 132~ of all that certain resl property situated in the Rancho San Juan Cajon
de Santa Aha, as described accordin§ to a sectionized survey of said Rancho San 3nan
Cajon de Santa Aha as the a ~. of the N ½ of the N ½ of the NW } of 'the NW ~-'.~ of

road purposes.

WHEREAS, The City Pl~ming Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on November 18, 1957, N02ICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law ~nd the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section ~200; and
V~rg. REAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
-.- made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and i..::'

reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts: - - :.
1. The subject prop~£ty fronts on R. La Palma Ave. and abuts potential C~l property~
: 2. The rear of the subject property will be developed wi~h single family dwellings.
3. The granting of the variance should not be detrimental to other properties in
the area.
4.There were no objections from other property owners in the area to the granting
of the variance.
NOW, TPIEREFOEE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE A/~IM CITY PI~NNING COMMISSION
HERMBY ~NTS V~/iIANCE NO. 865 M~ ~OUR ON~-STORY P. ENTAL UNITS, SUBJECT TO:
1. The erection of the buildings in conformity with the Plans presented.
2. The deeding to the City of Anaheim of 50 feet from the center~ine of
La Palma Avenue fez street widening.
3. ]=-ngineering requirements consisting of curbs, gutters and sidewalks be installed.
