A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM

WHEREAS, The CltyPl-nnlng Commission of%he City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the 9wrier(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as fellows:
Lot 5 in Block "C" of Tract No. 143, in the County of Orange, State of California,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 11, Page 38 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
said OrangeCounty; and further described as the S.W. corner of LaVerne and Los
Angeles Street.
Louise Agnes Mosher, 6355 Osler Street, SanDiego, California - Applicant/Owner.
WHEREAS, The City Pl-nning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of ~n-~eim, on November 18, 1957, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing ~ere duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9Z00; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
· .~a,.de bF itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
~rep~rts offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. There are other Used Car Lots in this area.
2. There is a used car lot across the street to the North of the subject property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT T~E ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBYGR~J~TS VARIANC~ NO.i 866 ~ A USeD CAR LOT, SUBJECT TO:
1. The placing of the office at the ream of the property and building a six foot
fence at the rear extending from the building to the property ,lAne along mba
alley.
2. Improving the lot with gravel or black top.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 18th day of
