A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLAIFRING C0~ISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
GRANTING YARIANC~ NO. 867.
%THEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner[s) of a certain parcel of real property sltuated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, descrlbed as follows:
Lot 4 of Tract No. 483 as shown on a Map recorded in Book 17, page 20 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange Count% California. ~XCEi~rING therefrom the Easterly 20 feet of
the Northerly 30 feet. ALSO~XCB~TING the water distributing of pipes, valves and
other equipment located on and supplying said Tract No. 483 with water.

WHERF~S, The City PlAnning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on November 18, 1957, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ~/tAHEIM
MIJNICIPA~ CODE, Section 9200; and
W~S, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
i. This is a new type of animal clinic where there will be no animals kept over-
n night, and there will .be no outdoor runways.
2. There will be no. windows in the building that can be opened and the building
will be completely, a~r-conditioned~
3. No noise wi,ll~,~be created that can be heard outsid~ of* ther'~uilding.:
4. It does not,appear'that this use'would be detrimental to other properties
the area.
NOW, THEREFOBE, BE IT RES0~.VED 'THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY GRANTS VARIANCE NO. 867 ~0R.~CTION AND OI~RATION OF A FA~f CLINIC, SUBJECT
TO:
1; The erection of the building [in conformity with the plans presented.
2.The dedic~i~nn of 50 feet from the ce:%~erline of West La Palm~ Avenue to the
City of Anaheim for street widening.
3.~ngineering requirements consisting of curbs, gutters and sidewalks.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and- approved by me this 18th day of
