WHEREAS,. The City P]-n~ing Commission .of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
The S } of the SE } of~the NW ~ of Section 20, T4S, R10W, in the Rancho Los Coyotes,
city of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as said section is indicated
on a map recorded in book 51, page 10 of MiScellaneous Maps, in the office of the
county recorder of said county. EXCEPT the south 337 feet of the east 132 feet
thereof.
Moore Built Homes, Inc., P.O. Box 2067, Anaheim, California - Applicant.
WHEREAS, The City Pl-~ning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on November:718, 1957, NOTICES of which said
.... Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS~ Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and s%udles
made by itself and in its behalf and after due considerati)n of all evidence and
reports offered at said Nearing, does find and determine the following facts:
.. 1. The Anaheim Municipal Code provides that there shall be a minimum of 1225
square feet of liveable floor area.
:_.. 2. There are in this area houses .that are well above the minimum standards required.
