GRANTING VARIANCES NOS, 870, 871 and 872.
~S, The City Planning Co~ission of ~he City of ~eim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real proper~ situated
in ~he City of ~eim, Co~ty of 0r~ge, Sta~e of California, described as follows:
The Northeast corner of Brookhurst ~d Or,ge Avenues; The west side of Euclid Avenue,
200 fee~ south of Orange Avenue; and the sou~h side of Or, ge Avenue, ~St of Eucl~
Av~ue, respec~ively,

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hoid a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on November 18, 1957, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. These are the first signs requested £or Tract No. 2712, which is located on
the South side of Orange Avenue, between Nutwood St. and Ball Rd.
2. Other signs have been granted for Tract signs.
NOW, THEPuT~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY GRANTS VARIANCES 870, 871 and 872 FOR ELECTION OF TEMPORARY D]RECTIONAL
SIGN~ ADVERTISING THE SALE OF LOTS AND HOME~ IN TRACT NO. 2712, SUBj-~CT TO TRE
NINE (9) COND1TION~ ESTABLISHED BY TH~ CITY COUNCIL FOR SUCH SIGNS.
