WHF/~EAS, The City Pl-n~ing Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from %he0wner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, Count~ of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Lots 2 through 8 inclusive, Tract No. 2903, as recorded in the o£fice of the
Orange Cou.:nty Recorder.
Hintz Construction CO., 1545 Eatella Avenue, Anaheim, California, Applicant.
WHEREAS, The City P~n~ing Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the Ci~? of Auaheim~ on November 18, 1957, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the A~AREIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WI~Fi~EAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investi~;ation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine.the following facts:
1. An error was made by the sub-contractor of the su~'ivider inlocating the
'.£ounda~ionof these dwellings onNin~h: street.'
2. These~dwellings. will.*'~actinto the sideyards of ~he dwellings ~cross ~he street.
· 3.. ~It would appear ~hatthe greatest ~detriment in the placing of these dwellings
