A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION 0F TME CITY OF ANAHEIM
WHEREAS, The City Planning Comm',sston of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
.' in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
..'.: Northeast corner of La Paima Avenue and the Sa~.ta Ana Freeway.
The applicants request permission to continue a Directional
" SIGN to advertise the Sale of Home s and Lots in Trac~ No. 2659,
containing $5 lot s.
WHE~S, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
~.ity Hall in the City of Anaheim, on July 22, 1957, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in i~s behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. This sign is now in existance.
2. It is desired ~o rep~int same and use for six months or
un~il ~he homes are sll sold if less than six months.
, 3. The sign should no~ be detrimental to other proper~cies

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY GR~NTS VARIANCE NO. 788 SUBJECT TO THE NINE (9) CONDITIONS
