DEN"lING VARIANCE NO. 875.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of A~aheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
AppliCants: James Henry and Eileen Parks, 9361 Dale Street, Anaheim, California.
Lot 45 of Trac~ 2400 per Map Recorded in Book 69· Page 20 and 21 o£ Miscellaneous
Maps, Records o£ Orange County, California; and Further described as 9351 Dale
Street, on ~he west side between Orange and Lincoln Avenues.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Com=tssion did hold a ~blic Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on December 2, 19S7, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions cf the ANA~IM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; a~d
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. The proposed use would b~ located in ~he middle of a single family residential
tract in a house now in the tract.
2. The proposed' use would come under the '~{ome ' "

would be sold on the premises, except that food for g ~neral public consumption
cannot be processed ~ a home used for residential purposes, ac,'ording to the
code of the Health Department.

HEREBY DRNIR$ VARIANCE NO. 875 TO I~PAR~ ~ PACKAC~ SANDWI~S PCR DISTRIBUTION
TO M3~S, for the reason that the proposed use would be placing business in a
dwelling presumed to be used only for residential purposes and would result in the
breakdown of the zoning in the area.
