a Verified Petition from %he Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real propert~v situated
in the iCity of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Vesting in Ralph and Florence ~m. erian, Ralph and Isabel Kazarian, and R. J. and

WHEREAS, The City Pl-nming Com~ssion did hold a Public Hearing at the
City. Hall in the City of ~ulaheim, on December 2, 1957, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by 'law and the provisions of the ANANEIM

WHEREAS, Said .commission. after due insp.ection, investigation and studies

reports offered at~ ~ai.d Nearing, does find and determine the follpwing facts:
1. This will be an'6ther-Motel in the Disney~AT~nd area on the'weSt side of Harbor Blvd.
2. Others have been' allowed/to, the north and south of the subject propertyh.
3.' The grantin~ of the variance should not;be detrimental to other properties
in the area as it is presumed that the applicants have made a0survey to prove
to themselves that it is a~ economic, ally sound venture.
