A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
GRANTING VARIAN~ NO, 877. ,
W'H~'m~.S, The City Pl-~ning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
APpliCant - Ray :3pehar, 8871 K-~tella Avenue, Anaheim, California. 1761-60 West
La Palina Avenue, and further described as being situated on the NotCh side of La
Palina Avenue, between Brookhurst and Euclid Avenues.
WHEREAS, The City Pl"nming Commission didhold a Public Hearing at the
Ci%yHall in the City of Anaheim, on December 2, 1957, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law andthe provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
~EAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf andafter due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. Due to the building set-back line of 60 feet, there should be some indication
along the front as to the merchandise sold in these gores.
2. These signs will be limited to 4· X 6t located at the east and west property
