W~EREAS, The City Pl~n~ing Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
The West 204 Peet of the South ½, of the SW } of the h~ }, of Section 13,
S.B.B. & M., and furtherdescrib~d as a parcel having 204f frontage on Orange Avenue,
and a depth of 330t from centerline of Orange Avenue, lying 1116 feet more or less
west of the centerline of Magnolia Avenue.
Applicant - Magnolia School District as Owner, P.O. Box No. 2007~ Anaheim;
Agent - Mr. K, C. Nielsen, Supt.~ Magnolia School District, 9441 S. Magnolia Ave.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on December 16, 1957, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as vecui~ed by law and the provisions of the ANAPEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200~ and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investisn''" ~.and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of ~enoe and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find aud determine the fo' ;acts:
1. The building to be erected on the property will be a clerical ~u~cti.on serving to house
:'...: the Administrative Activities of the Magnolia School District.
2. The ~rantin~ of the variance will not detract from other properties in the ama.
3. Adequate off-street parking will be available.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNIN0 COMMISSION

1. The deeding of 45 feet to the City of Anaheim for street widening.
