GRANTING VARIANCB NO. 881.
WHERF~S, The City Planning Commission of the City of ~uaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:

Applicant - John F. Irminger, 1741 Park Ave., Long Beach, California.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on December 16, 1957, NOTICES of which said:.~:,:.
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the~provisions of the.ANAHEIMil·
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made.by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
report~ offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. Ail lots in this area have frontages of u0 feet.
2. These two lots will be 62 feet and 63~ feet respectively, but they are deep,
174 feet approximately with almost ll,000 square feet.
3. The land is presently classified as E-B, Multiple Family Residential.
4. The granting of the variance should not be.detrimental to other properties
~-~ the area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANA~r~IM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEEEBY G~$ VARIAJqCE NO. 851 for permission to divide the lot, subjcct to the
applicant filing R-$,Deed Restrictions approved by the City Attorney.
