W~EREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing a% the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on December 16, 1957, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANANEIM
MUNIOIPAL CODE, Section 9~.00; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and de%e:m~lne the following facts:
1. This will be the third motel built in the Disne¥1and area by the applicant.
2. ThiS use ia in keeping with the General Comprehensive Plan for the area.
3. The granting of the variance should not be detrimental to other properties
in the area.
NOW, TPLEEEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
H~REBY GRANTS VARIANCR NO. 886, SUB3RCT TO:: (F~l C0N~TRUCTION OF MOTEL)
1. The erection o{ the building in accordance with the plans presented.
2. Engineering requirements.
3. Set-back to be a minimum of 20 feet from the property line.
