WHEREAS, The City Pl-nn~ng Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said V-~RLFTRD PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F-56--57-$1 on the."7~h day of .Tune , 1957 , NOTICE of which said
Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
AN~w~.IM MUNICIPA24 C0DE, Section 9200: and
W~EREAS, Said CommiSsion, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence
and reports offered a~ said Nearings, does find and determine the following facts:
(1) The Planning Commission at previous request for Reclassification
re recommended to the City Council that these lots be reclassified to R-3.
(2) The City Council at their hearing left the lots in the R-1 classification.
(3) The sa~e residents a~ain protested this Reclassification.

NO. F-56-57-81 without recommendation due to the fact that a motion made to deny
the reclassification did not carry the required 2/3 majority vote.
