PC 1957-1958-2 *~ RESOLUTION NO. ?, - SERIES"-' ~957-55 A RESOLUTION 0F THE CITY PLANNING C0MMISSION 0F THE CITY 0F ANAHEIM .~ANT ING_VAR LANCE NO. 777 WHEEEAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has recoived a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: Lot Nos. 3 amd 4 o£ Tract No. 1969, ~anse County. The applicant requests permission to erect a 20 unit Mo~el. WHERF~S, The City p1snning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City Ball in the City of Anaheimm on July 22, 1957, NOTICES of which said Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of %he ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and WHE~S,. Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts: 1. The property is presently classified as C-i, NEIGHBORHOOD COM~CIAL. 2. It is next to an existing Medical Center. 3. It should not be detrimental to other properties in the area. NOW, THE~0RE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION HEREBY GP~ VARIANCE NO. 777 SUBJECT TO: '1. The erection of the Motel in accordance with the plans presented.
